Ultrasonic Level Sensor

When Metal Koting in Toronto, Ontario wanted to determine the current level in their hydrochloric acid tanks, they decided to implement installing a level pro ultra pro ultrasonic level sensor. The level pro ultra pro ultrasonic level sensor is a simplistic, user friendly non-contact ultrasonic level sensor. With most ultrasonic level sensors, the user must download software or purchase a programming FOB to set the 4-20mA range. The level pro ultra pro ultrasonic level sensor is a push button calibrated ultrasonic level sensor and is the most user friendly ultrasonic level sensor on the market today. Another requirement for Metal Koting’s application was that the ultrasonic level sensor had to be constructed of a corrosion resistant thermoplastic.

One that would hold up in the industrial application and plant setting, the ultrasonic was to be installed on the holding tanks that were directly placed underneath thermoplastic piping. If the piping were to rupture the media would leak onto the ultrasonic level sensor and therefore they required it to be corrosion resistant and would prefer it to be NEMA 4X. The level pro ultra pro ultrasonic level sensor met both of their requirements and therefore they had chosen the level pro ultra pro ultrasonic level sensor for both of their holding tank applications. After a few months of the level pro ultra pro ultrasonic level sensor being installed it was evident that they had made the correct decision in choosing level pro ultra pro ultrasonic level sensor over any other ultrasonic level sensor.

A few features that make the level pro ultra pro ultrasonic level sensor one of the most industrial ultrasonic level sensors on the market are listed in this paragraph. Prior to selecting your level pro ultra pro ultrasonic level sensor, please consult one of Level pro’s ultrasonic level sensor technical representative to assist in your application. The level pro ultra pro ultrasonic level sensor is one of the best ultrasonic level sensors out there, but if they are installed in the incorrect application then it will not work as well as the operator will want. There are a few application details you must be aware of when deciding if a ultrasonic level sensor is the best solution.

These factors include foam, turbulence, condensation, and vapor all of which will through off the reading on the ultrasonic level sensor. The features that make the level pro ultra pro ultrasonic level sensor different from the competition is the fact that the unit is constructed of PVDF for chemical resistance, the push button calibration set up feature, and the fact that the level pro ultra pro ultrasonic level sensor is available in many mounting configurations for different tank adapters. The level pro ultra pro ultrasonic level sensorwill provide either a 4-20mA or RS-485 output so that it can be used on smaller facility applications as well as major industrial automation plants. The operator must specify which ultrasonic level sensor he would like but level pro makes it very simplistic with a part number breakdown on the level pro ultra pro ultrasonic level sensor data sheet.
